• $300 Holding Fee/Bond is required once booking is confirmed.  This will secure your initial booking and will be refunded within 5 working days after your departure UNLESS property is damaged. 
   

• A non-refundable booking fee of $50 will apply for all bookings
   

• Cleaning Fee of $250 per stay
   

• Linen optional cost $50/bed Includes bed made for arrival, towels, hand towels & bathmats.  Request at time of booking

• Pets allowed (dogs only) at additional fee of $100 per dog, per week (maximum 2 x dogs).  Property is not fenced however verandah is.
