$300 Holding Fee/Bond is required once booking is confirmed. This will secure your initial booking and will be refunded within 5 working days after your departure UNLESS property is damaged.

A non-refundable booking fee of $30 will apply for all bookings

Cleaning Fee of $150 per stay
(Additional $50 cleaning fee applies for guests with pets)

Linen optional cost $50/bed Includes bed made for arrival, towels, handtowels & bathmats. Request at time of booking
